SMS Privacy Policy
Who this applies to
This policy covers text messages sent and received through the KASL Logistics dispatch messaging program. Participants are delivery drivers contracted by KASL Logistics who have provided written consent to receive work-related text messages.
What data we collect
Through this messaging program we collect: the driver's name and mobile phone number, the content of messages the driver sends to us (including route screenshots), and delivery route information needed to record and price completed routes for invoicing.
How the data is used
Data is used solely to operate KASL Logistics dispatch and invoicing: confirming routes, recording completed delivery stops, calculating route pay, and sending invoice reminders. Route information is recorded to private, access-controlled spreadsheets used for driver invoicing.
What we do not do
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell phone numbers or message content. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Service providers
Messages are transmitted through Twilio, our telecommunications provider, solely to deliver the service described above.
Opting out
Drivers may opt out of messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance.
